Spectacular and fascinating Bronze Statue, lost wax casting, depicting the Goddess Fortune with cornucopia: it combines the Roman goddess Opi and the horn of the goat Amaltea; its image is that of a girl, who distributes riches by dropping them from a large horn-shaped container. Provenance Venice, private collection, end of '800. It lends itself easily as a piece of furniture, will not go unnoticed. Object of remarkable workmanship and quality, to emphasize the care and precision of the details and anatomy of the Goddess. Lot more unique than rare, especially given the size, the absolute originality and complete integrity. Phenomenal patina of the metal, evident its originality and periodicity.
